From generation to generation..
It is in homage to our grandfather, who built the Edelweiss hotel in the 1970s, that we opened the restaurant in his name in 2019. We want to preserve the family spirit in Courchevel Moriond 1650 , offering cuisine based on fresh produce, a warm and relaxed atmosphere in a modern mountain setting.
